Hannah's amazing cooking ability

If there's one thing you should know about Hannah it's this: she's cooking impaired. I know, a sad fate for a young college student, but it's true. She burn a lot of things. She's made rice krispie treats twice this year, and both times they've turned to brick. But, amazingly the rice krispies she made for FHE were muy delicioso!

Preference

It was beginning to get cold outside, so naturally the name of game was girls ask guys... time for preference. My date's name was Derek. He is a fellow music major and like Doyle would ask, "does he wear a bow tie and a pocket protector?"

My room mates  did my hair and makeup. What sweeties!

Halloween-Late, I know

So, it's kind of late, but here my pictures from Halloween. It was very interesting to watch all my dorm mates get so excited about this holiday. The dorms were decked out with scary black cats and bright orange pumpkins, while family home evening groups had pumpkin carving contests with halloween cookies.

Cookies for my FHE group, although we didn't end up having FHE that night. Sadly my room mates and I had to eat them!

Caitlyn was kind enough to help me frost them. She looks very concentrated.

First days at BYU-I

The Snow building, which I claimed as my home. I spent many hours in classes here as well as perfecting my skill on the piano. I found out vending machines are amazing at five o'clock in the morning...

This was my first day of church. I was so excited for school the next day, I know I didn't catch a word that was said.

Headed Home

Finally, after a few long months, I get to head home! I am so excited to see my family and my friends. I can't wait! My sister is getting married, so get ready for the pictures! 

We went to marine world a couple of weeks ago. It was so fun and we saw all sorts of animls. I loved the seals! They were pretty amazing, kind of had an uncanny resemblance to Doyle :)!

Lazy days and shopping

Yesterday we went shopping for sweaters, so I don't freeze to death. We managed to spend half the day out shopping. We really didn't buy to many sweaters, but we had fun doing it. 

 It's been one of those lazy summers where I don't do much, and that's o.k. I work and practice and wish I could head out west, but also wish I more time with my family. Aren't lazy days wonderful?!

BYU-I schedule

I signed up for classes yesterday! Whoo hoo! I'm taking a whole bunch of music classes and a religion class and a math class. I'm very excited to head out there!
